Booking Process
Booking is easy! Browse our available properties on our website, select your dates, and click "Book Now." You'll be guided through our simple checkout process where you'll enter your details and payment information. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation email with all your reservation details.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your check-in date. If you book within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
Our minimum stay varies by property and season. Most properties require a 3-night minimum during off-season and 5-7 nights during peak season (December-April). You'll see specific minimum stay requirements listed on each property's page.
Date modifications are subject to availability. Contact us at least 30 days before your arrival with your new dates, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. Modifications made within 30 days of arrival may incur a change fee.
Yes! We offer discounts for extended stays (7+ nights) and special rates for groups renting multiple properties. Contact our team directly for a custom quote on group reservations.
Payment & Pricing
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). If you're paying from another country, your bank may apply currency conversion rates. We always use the exchange rate your financial institution provides.

No hidden fees! Our quoted prices include the nightly rate, cleaning, and property management. Some properties may have optional add-ons like grocery pre-stocking or private chef services, but these are clearly listed and optional.
We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment, especially during hurricane season. Travel insurance can cover cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or weather events. Check with your insurance provider for details.
Property Information
Our properties include fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, all linens and towels, WiFi, outdoor spaces (patios or terraces), and 24/7 access to Breeze AI concierge service. Additional amenities vary by property and are listed on each property's page. Premium properties may include pools, hot tubs, or fitness equipment.
We provide high-speed WiFi at all properties with backup connectivity. Speeds typically range from 25-100 Mbps depending on location. If you experience any connectivity issues, our concierge can assist with troubleshooting or arranging alternative solutions.
Yes! All bedding, bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels are provided and freshly laundered. We use high-quality, hypoallergenic linens for your comfort.
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. We understand travel plans vary! Early check-in (from 12:00 PM) and late check-out (until 5:00 PM) may be available depending on the property schedule. Request these options when booking or contact our concierge.
Yes, all our properties have air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living areas. We also provide ceiling fans and windows for natural ventilation. You can adjust the AC to your comfort level.

Getting There
The nearest major airport depends on your property location. Most of our properties are within 1-2 hours of international airports. Your booking confirmation will include the nearest airport details and driving time from the airport to your property.
You can arrange rental cars, private airport transfers, taxis, or ride-sharing services. We can help coordinate airport transfer services—just contact Breeze AI concierge with your flight details. Many guests prefer rental cars for exploring the island.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the specific Caribbean destination. Most US, Canadian, and EU citizens can visit visa-free for tourism. Check the local immigration website for your specific country or ask our concierge for guidance.
It depends on your preferences and property location. Some beachfront villas are perfectly walkable, while others benefit from a rental car for exploring. Our concierge can advise on your property's location and transportation needs.

Simply text, call, or chat with Breeze through our mobile app starting from your check-in date. You can also access Breeze through the web portal using your booking confirmation details. Breeze is available 24/7 in English and Spanish.
Contact Breeze AI immediately for any emergency. Your booking confirmation includes emergency contact numbers and the address of the nearest medical facility. Breeze can connect you with local emergency services, arrange medical help, or provide immediate assistance.
Beach access depends on your property. Many of our properties are beachfront or beach-adjacent with direct or easy access. Check your property listing for beach access details, or ask Breeze for information about nearby public beaches.
Absolutely! Breeze AI can recommend restaurants, book dining reservations, arrange water sports, island tours, spa treatments, and any activity you're interested in. Let Breeze know your preferences and budget, and recommendations will be curated for you.
Contact Breeze AI immediately if anything needs repair or maintenance. Our team will respond quickly to address any issues. For urgent problems, Breeze can arrange emergency repairs within 24 hours.
Cancellation & Policies
We offer flexible cancellation options. Free cancellations up to 30 days before check-in receive a full refund. For cancellations closer to your arrival date, partial refunds may apply. See our full Cancellation Policy for complete details.
Your safety is our priority. If a hurricane or natural disaster makes travel unsafe, we'll issue you a full credit toward a future booking at no charge. Check our Cancellation Policy for complete terms.
Email us at [email protected] or message through WhatsApp with your booking reference number. Include your reason and preferred refund method. We'll process your request within 2 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval. The refund will go to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 2-5 days depending on your financial institution.
