How you'd like to hear from us (email, SMS, phone) and topics you're interested in (deals, travel tips, property updates).
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website or use our app, we automatically collect information about your device (type, operating system), your IP address, pages visited, and how long you stay. This helps us improve our website's performance.
If you use Breeze AI Concierge during your stay and opt into location services, we collect your approximate location to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants, activities, and services. See the "Location & GPS Data" section for full details.

Location & GPS Data

Location data is only used to power Breeze AI Concierge recommendations:

- Offering real-time travel times and availability
Your Control Over Location Data
- Opt-in: Location sharing is entirely optional. You choose whether to enable it when using Breeze AI.
- Turn it off anytime: You can disable location sharing in the Breeze app settings at any time.
- Approximate only: We use approximate location (within 100 meters) for recommendations, not precise real-time tracking.
We Don't Store Location Permanently
- Location data is used in real-time and not permanently stored
- Location is deleted automatically when you close the Breeze app
- We never build a history of everywhere you've been
- Location data is never shared with third parties
Privacy first: We believe location data is sensitive, so we keep it on your device and use it only while Breeze is active. You're always in control.
Payment Security
How We Protect Your Payment Information
Your payment security is extremely important to us:
- Third-party processors: All payments are processed by industry-leading, PCI-compliant payment providers (Stripe, Square, or similar). We never handle raw card data.
- We don't store full card numbers: We store only a tokenized reference to your payment method, not your actual credit card number.
- Encrypted transmission: All payment data is encrypted during transmission using SSL/TLS protocols (HTTPS).
- Secure servers: Our servers are protected with firewalls and regular security monitoring.
What Payment Processors Know
Our payment processors may receive:
- Your name and billing address
- The amount charged and what it's for
- Transaction confirmation and receipt information
Payment processors have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them at their websites.
Never enter card details directly into our website. If you see a payment form asking for card information, use only the secure checkout provided, which redirects to our payment processor.

Payment Processors
Your name, email, and payment information go to our payment processor to process your booking payment securely.
Property Management & Cleaning Staff
Your name, check-in/check-out dates, and contact number are shared with the property manager and cleaning team only as needed to prepare your rental and provide support during your stay.
Customer Support Tools
Your name, email, and booking details may be shared with customer support platforms (like Zendesk or Intercom) to help us respond to your questions quickly.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request. We'll notify you of such requests when legally permitted.
We Do NOT Share
- Your information with marketing companies or data brokers
- Your information with unrelated third parties for their marketing
- Your email or phone with anyone without permission
- Your credit card details with anyone (processed securely by payment providers)
- Your location history (beyond real-time Breeze AI recommendations)
Business transfers: If Caribbean Breeze is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner, but they'll be bound by this privacy policy.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Booking Records
- Kept for 2 years after your stay ends
- Used for customer support, dispute resolution, and tax purposes
- Automatically deleted after 2 years
Payment Information
- Payment card details are not stored by us (handled by payment processors)
- Transaction receipts kept for 2 years for accounting
Marketing Preferences
- Your communication preferences stored indefinitely unless you unsubscribe
- You can change preferences anytime in your account or by contacting us
Website Analytics
- Anonymized analytics data kept for up to 26 months
- No personal information stored long-term from analytics
Deletion Policy
After 2 years with no booking activity, we delete:
- Booking history and communication records
- Device and usage information
- Account profile information

Data Portability
Request your data in a portable format (like CSV) so you can move it to another service.
